Default 2000 S70 Buy or Not

So I'm looking at a 2000 S70 SE, 149,000 miles. Exterior looked really good for a 12 year old car. Interior looked pretty good as well. Leather was a little worn, but not ripped at all. Elec. throttle control is brand new, Timing belt and water pump just replaced at 148k, not leaking any oil that I could see. The guy is asking $3,000. Checked the Carfax and it looks pretty good. 2nd owner had it since 2006 and Dealer serviced it over the past 70,000 miles. ANything I should be overly concerned about for that price? Is that a fair price? Blue Book says that it is...decisions...

What does that mean? OEM volvo unit or Xemodex? Hope it's the latter.

And has the trans been rebuilt? If not, count on doing that soon.

I wouldn't worry about the transmission. Must be sour grapes, or something.
