Title says it all but,the car runs like crap.Plugs rotor cap and wires all changed.New coil also where next?

 

O2 sensor? Clogged catalytic converter? massive intake air leaks/exhaust leaks? Any signs of consuming fluids - ie coolant or oil that could suggest a head gasket issue?

 

With,100,000 on the clock coul the cat be clogged,forgot to mention other repairs.Timeing belt water pump and brake module.The car was running after the repairs and all of a sudden smell and rough running.

 

Might want to see if the timing belt slipped?

I found the hose that plugs into the front of the air cleaner not attached. My question is this
Why did it take so long to start running like this? The car has been at my mechanics while he has been doing all the work on it. He has been running it up and down the road near his shop and it ran great no shaking no bad smell and all of sudden it starts running bad. Am I assuming all is well only to find it start running like crap again.Im keeping my fingers crossed.
