Default 98 S70 no power.

I just bought a S70 with a 2.5 turbo. It ran fine for the first few days then lost power. It will not rev over 3000 rpm's and is slow to accelerate and the hoses on the front of the motor look to collapse when under throttle. These are the hoses that are hooked up to the top of the radiator and run to the throttle body. Could this be the cause of the lost power? I am new to the Volvos and have never owned a turbo. If this is the cause where is a good place to buy these hoses? Thanks.

Sounds like a turbo hose that is ripped or torn or something.

Replace these with either SAMCO's from VivaPerformance ( http://www.vivaperformance.com ) and or Stylin Motors Inc. Turbo Hoses ( http://www.stylinmotors.com )

Yes the Hose sucking shut will be the power loss.
The intercooler hose is weak.
