Doesn't spin I've replaced the relay with no improvement. Now what? Also the A/C was recharged but the guy said the clutch isn't engaging, also the defrost is weak on the passenger side. Are these things related? Since I live in New Hampshire I need AC about two weeks out of the year so who cares, but the defrost can be an issue for 6 months!

 

If the engine cooling fan will not move it is bad/locked up and that will stop the A/C from working.
