Default 99 S70 Oil In Intake/Throttle Body

I have a 1999 S70 non-turbo, 104K miles, that has been cutting out and hard to start. I took apart the intake to get to the idle control valve so I could clean it and the throttle body. When I did this, I discovered oil in the large rubber hose that goes to the throttle body. There was also oil on the throttle body butterfly valve. It appears to be coming from the tube that connects to the large rubber hose that goes to the throttle body. This tube goes along the front of the engine under the intake. Does anyone know why oil would be coming from this hose? - and what needs to be corrected so oil no longer comes through that tube?

Thanks for your help forum.

Blocked PCV system.

Search PCV DIY. Actually there is a "Sticky" in Matthew Volvo Forum:

I have a 2000 S70 Volvo non-turbo, I discovered the same problem in my car when I cleaned the throttle body also, oil was in that rubber hose going to the throttle body. I am glad I saw this post it will help me to.
