Abs/break light?

Abs/break light?
Was driving and coming up to a stop light and right when i was almost completely stopped the car "jerked" and felt like the breaks caught for a split second.. The "ABS" and "BREAK" light on the dash popped up for a second then went away..
This happened 2 times.
Any idea on what the issue could be? =/
