RE: Advice Needed
There is no real body kit for the s70's.
1. You need to SEARCH badly before asking. It is the only way your going to learn about and respect your Volvo.
2. What kind of style are you going for? Hopefully not a "RICER" style, but maybe a sleeper style. Or just a classy looking style.
3. What is your budget like?
4. Check out these websites.
This is what I would suggest. Get a V70R front bumper and a CF lip from EST. It looks really nice when added together. However if you don't like that idea EST also sells some front spolier flaps for the s70 that look ok IMO.
5. Rims, as far as rims go, check out these website.
My suggestion would be these...
TIRERACK
BBS RGR's
Borbet Type LS Bright Silver
O.Z. Superleggra III
O.Z. Superturismo GT

RE: Advice Needed
Is your 1998 Volvo s70 a turbocharged model?
If so a cheap modification for more power would be a MBC (Manual Boost Controller). With this mod you can raise your stock boost to something a little higher like 12-125PSI.
I suggest before doing this if your car is turbocharged get a boost/vaccum gauge so you know how much boost your running now and then how much your running when you run the MBC. http://www.egauges.com is the place to buy your gauge and get an Autometer. Also get your gauge pod from http://www.gaugepods.com This is one of the most important things to own if your car is turbocharged. The boost/vac gauge that is.
If your not turbocharged there isn't much you can do to really boost horsepower. a 2.25" mandrel bent exhaust with a Flowmaster muffler might add 5Hp and some nice sound for sure. An EST intake wont add any Hp at all just a nice under the hood look. A nitrous kit would be cool for the 98 s70 n/a that is if your car is not turbocharged. But be careful don't use Nitrous unless you know the ins and outs of it.

RE: Advice Needed
If you can find a s70 awd rear bumper take the other insert out and put in a fake dual exhaust system.
Since your not turboed you don't have much power upgrades.
1. You can have a local muffler shop make you a mandrel bent catback exhaust with a Flowmaster muffler since the N/A's like a little back pressure.
2. You can put in a K&N panel filter or stick with a stock clean panel filter.
3. Nitrous, but don't do this unless you know the ins and outs of how Nitrous works and how it will work on your car. Some people on Volvospeed have done this, talk to them about it.
4. I would suggest sticking to apperance.
- V70R front bumper would look real nice, http://www.vivaperformance.com they sell these.
- 17" rims and tires
- E-code headlamp lens's and turn signals, or the Jewel headlamp lens's and turn signals
- HID's, someone is selling them in a GroupBuy on Volvospeed for a good price.
- Black mesh grille from IPD or EST, or a eggcrate grille from EST.
- Eyebrow kit from EST or IPD
- s70awd rear bumper if you want to do a dual exhaust, would look nice.
-Rear spoiler if you don't have one already
- Most defintely tint
- Lower your ride with some lowering springs, check IPD, EST, APEX SUSPENSION SYSTEMS, H&R, B&G, KW coilovers, WEITECS.
- Get a strut brace from EST or if you can find an OMP buy it. Volvo also sells one that is nice.
- IPD sway bars would be a nice suspension upgrade.
- Shocks/Struts, KONI's, Bilstein HD's, or KW Coilovers, or the WEITEC Cup Kit talk to Gdogg on Volvospeed about WEITECS.
- CF front lip or EST's front flaps.
