Lightbulb Advice for tune up and maintaining car

Several weeks ago my car was not starting, turns out that it had a bad mass airflow sensor... i eventually replaced it myself, and now the car runs fine. I have now come to the realization that I should probably do a better job in maintaining the car. The car has 250K on it and nothing besides, oil changes and the MAF repair have happened for the last 20K. What should I do to ensure the longevity of my car? a list is fine

I own an S70 T5

- also i am pretty ambitious with trying to do things on my own i have a moderate knowledge of car so if you could tell me the things I might be able to do on my own.

Timing Belt
Spark Plugs
Wires

Rotor
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Tire pressures

Those are the basics for a "Stage 0" performance package.
