Default Almost Stalling

Yesterday, I got my car washed, and withing 1 hours afterwards, the car nearly stalled out and died. I had to pull off the road twice and keep my foot on the gas so it would not. Any thoughs on what it might be.
I purchased this car in June of 2007 and have since spent a total of $4,853.84 to bring it back to life since then, there is not much left to do to it except for a new windshield and a paint job.
I had a stalling issue before and the dealer performed a tune up and replaced the mass air flow sensor in July of 2007 along with the timing belt, I cannot afford to do to dall that again right now, that bill was $856.30.

Goona take it out on the road again today and if it happens, back to the dealer and hopefully it will be inexpensive.
