Default battery keeps dying/ dashboard lights keeps going out

just about every time i drive, once i go over a small bump, my dashboard lights and radio light will cut out. the headlights, turn signals, high beams and warning lights are all fine. My battery also has been dying lately. i would bring it inside for a full charge, then within the next day or two, it would be dead again. do the two have something in common? i have replaced the fuses for the dashboard and that hasn't helped. i plan on buying a OBDII reader to get the codes, but i haven't purchased it yet.

any advice help, THANKS!
