V70R isn't the same, it is different then a regular 70 series bumper... Unless someone put a V70R front bumper on your car before you bought it.
1. You could do a CF lip on the bottom of the bumper.

2. You could do the HEICO front spoiler extensions.
I have these and like them a lot. Call HEICO to see if they still have them available.
3. You could try to import one of these kits for an extreme amount of money.

Really there aren't many options. Only because no one really tunes and mods their Volvo. Yes we may have like 5,000-10,000 people that do, but that is small compared to HONDA, TOYOTA, SOOBIE, etc...
Here is a look at a normal 70 series bumper and a V70R front bumper.
Normal 70 series:
V70R:
The V70R is a little bit more agressive then a regular 70 series bumper. Also the grilles in them are different.

Now take that bumper and compare it to the V70R I posted above. Night and day difference.
- Viva Performance sells the V70R front bumpers.
- Dealerships sell the V70R front bumper.
- You could cheak FOR SALE threads on this forum or any other Volvo based forum on the internet. And or check EBAY, might be able to find one there.

Well you could try getting them from HEICO for starters. Price I cannot say because I don't know. I would guess anywhere from $350-$500 for the set plus import charges unless you can get them from their NA counterpart.
EuroSportTuning (EST) used to sell them, but I don't see them listed on their website anymore. Call Frank and ask if they still have them or can get them.
I got mine from IPD USA (IPD) through a big sale of HEICO parts they were having. Got them for a steal, but you wont find them anywhere for what I paid for them, unless you find them used somewhere. You could try calling IPD about them too.

Seriously?
Did you even go to the EuroSportTuning website? By the way EST is short for EuroSportTuning.
http://www.eurosporttuning.ca/
If you did and you missed it, which is hard to do. In the upper left hand corner it says...
HOME / ABOUT US / CONTACT US
Click the CONTACT US, and right there is their number. They are located in Canada.
