I need to remove my bumper to fix some rust soon before it spreads any more... can someone tell me if these are the correct rivets i will need to replace?

i just bought them anyway they're dirt cheap and i had to get a license plate bracket anyway (mine crumbles to brown dust when i shut the trunk) and i got a new power antenna mast. i'll also be ordering a new exhaust tip since mine has corroded away to nothing. the back of this car should look real nice pretty soon!
