Gear selector easy.
Radio another story. You have to remove the radio and take it all the way apart and unsolder the old bulbs and solder new ones in.(Not 100% sure Customers we have never want us to try to do it)

If you have the 815/816 radio it's a piece of cake if you arer talking about the radio lights for the buttons. Here's a link that shows you what you need to buy and how to do it. I bought my buls at the Honda dealer for $1.98 each. Might as well replace all 5 while your at it.

ditto on the Honda replacement bulbs, I ordered online and had them in 2 days. $7 for 6 bulbs plus shipping but Ifigure my wasted time running down to the Honda dealer on a weekend is worththe shipping cost.

The procedure takes all of about 15 minutes to pull the radio, open her up, replace the bulbs and put it all back. I did it to my wife's car one afternoon when she got home from work and was changing clothes to go to the gym. I didn't tell her I was doing it and she mentioned on her way home from the gym that the radio lights were all working again. haha
