I'm actually having mine replaced today, as it would come on for a second or two then cut out. The orange lights on the CC started blinking.

I'm having the same problem with my 99.... orange lights on the A/C Off button and the cabin air flow recirc button flash on and off for 10 seconds and the blower cuts off a few seconds after the car is started. My tech says it's probably a cabin temperature sensor. Won't know for sure until he pulls the code.

My CC lights would flash as well when I started the car. I replaced the cabin sensor in the dash and it corrected the problem. I took the sensor apart and found out the little fan inside would stop turning.

Does the lights flash?
They flash at certian times but all the time there is no air. Is it possible that it could be both the motor and the relay?

Yes very possible that it is both the motor and resistor.

Most likely it is just air coming from the center vents you must have the one switch next to the center vents set on fresh air.

Ok I looked around and I found some blower motors. My dad said he has a resitor laying around. But for blower moter I have two options One is Behr that cost $222.95 or Scan-Tech wich is 170.95. Do you know which one is better. My guess is Behr cuz it costs more =/

Scan-Tech is usually junk.
If you can buy the Behr one.

You should be fine once the new motor and resistor is in.

Be careful the resistor might also still be bad. The resistor usually gets damaged when the motor goes bad.
