Default Couple of questons on s70s

I have a 99 s70 base.

1. Can you replace the Electronic trottle with a traditional throttle body? I have a 99 and i know the 98 didnt have an ETS. And if so, is it worth doing if im having ETS problems?

2. Whats a good cold air intake for an S70 that's still affordable?

1. I cannot answer truthfully if you can replace the ETM with a drive by wire throttle body or not. But more then likely NO you cannot without major modification and changes to the computer system. Which FYI is going to cost you bank.

2. A good cold air system truly doesn't exist. IPD USA and EuroSportTuning (EST) both have a short ram intake system. I have the one from EST and I like it, but it is no cold air intake system. They run around $150-$200.

What I would suggest would be making your own CAI.
