i'm having trouble with my 99 s70 my windshield defrosters do not defrost ice or warm my car when they are on because they are stuck on a/c mode and i don't know what to do it also only blows a slight breeze. that may be because my dash is tilting a good 5 inches forward though. do i need to just replace climate control?

 

AC should be on with defrosters, and it's not their job to warm the car - that is the heater's job. Blinking lights? Codes?
