Default Difference between a GLT and a GLT SE

Got my eye on a S70 GLT SE that I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on...it's got full service history, paint and leather near perfect, AC works, no warning lights, etc, etc.

My question is - what's the difference between this one a normal GLT? I'm certain it's purely cosmetic, but anyone know what those cosmetic differences are?

I may be wrong but I believe the SE has special rims and I know most of them had the 3 disc C/D premium sound radio. I think it also had the aluminum on the dash and center console instead of wood grain.

You can find that kind of information here sometimes: http://www.volvocars.com/us/tools/Ow...lvoOwners.aspx

This has specific info: https://www.customers.volvocars.com/.../2000_S70.html

Thanks for the info guys. @ tech, yeah, the rims do look different, but it has the standard 1 slot cd player and the dash looks the same as the standard GLTs.

...hmm, there should be more things that differentiate it...strange that they would go through all the trouble of adding another model in their S70 line up for 1 minor change...oh well, no biggie, just wanted to ask some of the experts on here what they thought.

The cd slot may take disks. Many in dash cd players have the ability to accept up to 6 disks. Although I can't remember the last time I played a cd...

Huh, I thought the dash multiple disc players only came in the cartridge kind on the S70's...but yeah, I can't remember the last time I stuck a CD into my car, or any cd player for that matter

Yeah, one time I went to Braum's with some friend after church one evening. I come out and see another white Volvo with same everything parked right next to mine. However, the only difference is theirs was a GLT SE and I couldn't tell any difference...other than knowing that the GLT SE was a year model that has the infamous ETM.

The only things I can see different between a GLT and a GLT SE is that the GLT SE has different rims and a weird, greenish faux- marble tone color to the interior trim (on the glovebox and the center console.) Otherwise, they look to be identical to a GLT.
