my door will not lock,after someone try to lock it with the key.the door **** stays down it doesn,t come up unless I pull it but whether i use the remote or the Key it doesn,t lock it or unlock.

is there some kind of plastic mold that might be broken.

 

Usuall something internally breaks and you need to replace the lock assembly.
