Fuel Pressure Regulator?

I have a 98 S70. I smell gas after I park it and my fuel mileage dropped from 29 to 24. I read other threads about regulators leaking. What I was wondering is where is this regulator? Thanks

The fuel pressure regulator is under the fuel rail.
