can someone take a look at the twin tail pipes this site offers and tell me if it's a legitimate buy?

It is only for looks. It is a tail pipe peice that clamps on the end of the muffler.
Look on your car and you will see what I mean. It clamps on like the factory one.

Your not getting any more HP with that, At a 100 bucks I wouldn't buy it.
