Default Lost Boost? Was at 19psi, back to 11psi.. help!

The car: 1998 Volvo S70 T5. Eurosport Tuning Intake, OBX Turbo-back Exhaust (catless) with an o2 spacer (NO CEL), and Eurosport Tuning ECU. Equipped with Autometer Boost gauge.

Anyone ever heard of a flashed ECU 'losing program'? Stock ECU boosts to 11psi. Flashed ECU from EST boosts to 19psi, holding 18psi flawlessly. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, I'm back to only boosting 11psi?! Pulled ECU, put back in.. nothing. Doesn't SEEM to be any leaks.. anyone got any ideas??

Not one, huh? I don't have many posts, but I have definately been in the background for almost a year. I can usually find what I need in Search, but not this time. Ok..

I would actually be interested in finding out about this. I'm interested in improving my car with some of the items listed above. What did you think about the Intake and ECU from Eurosport before your current issues? I've been looking at their performance packages for my Volvo. My best guess would be something with the ECU itself, is there a way to diagnose it somehow like at a shop?
