Default Lumpy idle

Hi guys,
My S70 na 2.5 20v auto is very lumpy on idle,I would like to know if this is normal or how do i fix it please. it starts first try each time on the button, it drives fine (acceleration slower than i thought it would be but not sure), it is probably getting about 25mpg uk, i have had a lean fault but since cleaering that nothing has come back. I have checked for vacuum leaks and the only it increases is at the injectors when i spray the brakeclean. It has had a recent MAF change a couple of years ago. it is 136k miles so only just run in.
Is there anyone in this encyclopedia of awesomness that can help me please??
Thanks in advance

When is the last time it had a full tune up....as in a new Air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, plug wires, coil (possible if original) oil and filter change? That is always a good baseline place to start.

If your rpms go up when you spray near the injectors, I would get some new O rings for them.
