Default OEM parts?

98 s70 t5 with 145k and a 5spd. pretty sure the turbo bearing is crapping itself, makes some very "cool" noises
sounds sort of like a dremel tool at lower rpm with not so whinny a tone, belts n pullies are all newish, does my
diagnosis sound about right? also would love to find a decent shop manual for it and in the long run a new turbo
(preferably a new oem unit, and all appropriate kit, gaskets n all). help on any or all of these fronts greatly
appreciated.

Default RE: OEM parts?

Did it just start making the noise?
Have you checked good for Air leaks and Vacucum lines cracked?
The vaccum lines to the turbo are known to crack. The ones going down by the Waste gate and the other valves will crack or break and cause the car to go into overboost sometimes.

Shop manual try searching Google. I have heard people talk about getting them. You might even find it on here if you do a search.

For OEM and aftermarket parts check in the General section I made a post with links to Sites. Check some of them out. There has been a bunch of sites added as well.
