Default Official servicing???

Does anyone know what the 150K Official Servicing is? What is checked for, what is replaced? I've got a 1998 Volvo S70 GLT. It's got slightly over 150K miles. The dealer wants to charge me $625 to do this. I don't really have the money, so maybe I can do some things myself...
Any help/ideas?
Thanks

The 150k is a major tune up service.
Just like the 30k

Air filter
Fuel filter
Plugs
Dist. cap Not every dealer will do the cap, rotor, wires. But if they have never been done do them.
Rotor
Wires
Oil change

Awsome thanks for the reply. I had the oil change last time i was there, about a month ago, so that's set. And the filter too. I got a new air filter shortly after I bought the car. And I'll do the plugs myself.
