I had a feeling you were getting JUNK mass flow sensors.

Tech----Ran car now for a week after replacing the MAS, still stalls very hard starting and stalls out around 30MPH all the time. I now have a new code P0171 code. Still have not found any vaccum leaks. Some times the car runs nice and smooth no problems.

I have not checked the fuel pressure. Not sure how I would go about checking the pressure. I need to have special toolscorrect? If not, could you explain how to accomplish this please. I noticed a fitting at the end of the fuel rail with I believe is a needle valve in it.

The car runs if I dissconnect the MAS connector like you told me earlier, limp mode as you stated.

You will need to buy a fuel pressure gauge to be able to check the fuel pressure.

fgm,

Hoped you had a wonderful VC.
I feel your pain, I just bought a 1998 S70 T-5 and am experiencing very similar things.
I'm gonna try a couple more things before I sell it. Hopefully, I can get it working so
that I can keep it.
