Default Possible throttle body issue?

I have a 00 S70 GLT that possibly has an issue with the throttle body. The symptoms are when I put it in drive or reverse, it starts to run rough and tries to jolt. Someone suggested to me that I need to have the throttle body reprogrammed. I also have a 99 S70 T5 that I use for parts on my 00. Here are the questions I have. Also, does this even seem like the issue?

1. If I remove the throttle body from my 99 and put it on my 00, will I have to reprogram it to that car?

2. Also thinking about taking the 99 T5 turbo and putting it on my 00 GLT. I'm assuming the computer would have to be reprogrammed if I do this, correct?
