Hello Volvo friends

I like old cars and discovered the S70 recently.. I really like the shape of this cars and I'm looking forward to buy one of those.. :-) today I was test driving a hand geared 1999 S70 Diesel. This Volvo has lmost 300'000 km. price 4000 chf

Another seller offers a 1998 S70 2.5 Celebration with automatic gear, this one has 198'000km. price 3000 chf.

What is the biggest difference between the 1999 and 1998 Model. Which one to prefer?

I'm thankful for any hint.
