Default S70 Rear Quarter replacement

Has anybody ever tackled this? The wife was driving down the road and was involved in a hit and run. Insurance totaled it. I would have been OK with that had I not just finished putting in a new trans, 2 axles, a motor mount, new tires, front struts, TB kit, water pump, tune up etc.. on/in it less than a month ago. I cant justify losing that much money so I bought it back for $350. It drives down the road fine but looks awful. Definitely no frame, suspension damage only sheet metal. Driver rear door is shot but I found a white rear door for $200 that is perfect. I don't have any experience with cutting out a quarter panel so I'm kind of lost as to how to approach this. I'm decent with a plasma torch and a MIG welder so that isn't the issue, but a body man I am not. Not even sure where to look for decent priced panels. Any suggestions on how to save a few bucks on this?

Im with you, does not looks like it merits a whole quarter panel,
At the most I would get the piece from a junkyard, cut and patch if so, but just the damage, not the whole back end.
If you can weld good, you are golden.

I guess the pics dont really show the damage that well. The fender well almost all the way around is pushed in and curled outwards. Inner fender lining is trashed. Right at the seam from the rear door to the quarter is creased pretty bad. I haven't been able to find anything in the way of parts other than the full panel or just the rear portion. I've got to do it so I was mainly looking for tips on the best way to go about it. Any body guys on the forum?
