Radio works fine I took it apart and the bulbs just turn out, does anyone know where you can get replacements from???????

 

The stealer, junk yard from old radios. Are they the real small bulbs that are also in the switches? Can't remember. I probably have a few, I have 2 spare radio's here.

 

The bulbs from Volvo already come with the little blue "condom" attached (one should always practice "safe illumination"), not so if you get hem elsewhere (Honda uses them in clocks). And replace them all.
RSPI makes a good point - get some switch bulbs too.
