I*ave. 98 s70. Speedometer works when it wants to no lights on dash come on & the car runs runs fine could it still be the abs module?

 

Did you scan for codes?

 

Does the ABS light come on at startup, then go away? If not, that bulb is gone.

usually on a 98 with a speedo issue that isn't ABS related, the service light will blink. Not the CEL, but the actual service light.

 

Good morning. Their are no codes & when i turn on ignition all lights including abs light come on then go out service light was staying on awhile longer but then goes out when speedo dont work neither does cruise control i can pull over turn car off & resrart & it might start working again but never throw a code

 

I am 99% certain it's your ABS module.

those are the symptoms.

 

Just fitted new turbo to my 2000 volvo C70 & on restarting speed /abs & engine warning lights stay up - WHY??? There were no problems of any sort before turbo work - I think its a electrical connection possibly not reconnected by mechanic - help !!!!!!!
