Hi, Im new here and my Volvo 2000 s70 has been reaking havoc on my wallet this year and is close to seeing the exit door. I currently have 102500 on it and the other day entering the highway it hesitated and almost stalled before it grabbed and accelerated. Now when car is cold i have to keep my foot on pedal to keep it from stalling and usually once it warms up its ok though once in a while it will happen while im just idleing at a light, any suggestions.

 

Check vacuum and maybe your idle valve is going out. Check the hoses that connect to it as well.
