Default Starting problems

Hello all. I have a 97 s70, that is not startin for me. So i figured ide see if anyone knew what is wrong. I drove home, stopped, turned off the engine. Came back ten minutes later and it wouldn't start. It turns over for a while, so its not a dead battery i dont think. Any ideas?

There is a fuel rail under the hood. It is on top of the intake manifold. On the end(drivers side) there is a valve that looks like of like a valve stem for a tire. Remove the plastic cap and push the center in and see if alot of fuel comes out. Also you can hold it pressed in and have someone crank the motor and see if the pressure goes up.
