Default Steering Wheel

My steering wheel moans and groans horribly with every turn. The dealership lubricated it but that helped for about 20 minutes. Any ideas what else this could be? Thanks.

Does it sound like the power steering fluid is low?
Or is it like a bearing noise from the wheel itself?

We've checked the power steering fluid -- it's okay. What's involved if it's a bearing noise?

TECH, it could be theplastic 'bearing' at the bottom of the shaft where it meets the fire wall. My c70 had the "moaning" noise and I was able to pull back the carpeting and use motor cycle chain lube (synthetic) on the unit and voila...........no more noise.
