Stereo Settings: Treble, Bass, Mid, Fade

Stereo Settings: Treble, Bass, Mid, Fade
I removed the original head unit and replaced with an Alpine reciever.
I listen to a fairly wide range of music. I find its helpful to have the settings like this for Rock (these are from the iPod connection, although the mp3's are good quality, i find i have to reduce the bass/treble by 2 each when listening to CD's of the same music)
Rock:
Treble: 6
Midrange: 5
Fade: -2
Bass: 3
What are your settings?
