I've been searching the forums to find a good walkthrough in getting the throttle body out and back together again. The TB is much more difficult to get to on my GLT and the dealer said it would cost around $400 just to clean it. Can anyone help out or know of a link I could look at?

I am also having difficulty. I cannot lift off the fan out because there is a pipe to ETM (the one has MAP sensor on it) is on the way. It is a dilemma. I need to take fan out to take the pipe off, and I need to take the pipe off to take the fan out.
