Timing belt/water pump packages

"Volvo Timing Belt Kit and Water Pump Kit (Comprehensive) OEM Parts - TBKIT252WP" ($299) - is this the package to get? I know how important the timing belt is, and I have had a pulley fail before, and I know that the water pump is logical to also do at this time. Do I need all the other parts replaced too? My 98 T5 is just shy of 140k.

I got a quote for $250 for the timing belt and water pump. I have a feeling it's going to go up when I show up with the rest of these parts ...

Wow 250 is really cheap. I got my lowest quote here of 400 with me supplying parts. I changed both belts in 7 hours. I would have been done it faster but my crank moved. So I took the crank pulley off and painted the block and pulley marks.

PS my conti timing belt with hydraulic button was $39.15 with shipping from eeuroparts.com

You can get a kit from IPDusa.com
Timing Belt Kit for manual $140
Timing Belt Kit for hydraulic $230
Water Pump Kit (Hepu) $64.59 Hepu

So shop around.

All the pulleys can fail, a pain. You lose a belt you rebuild the engine. I caught mine just in time. It had broken fibers in the core and had stretched about 1/2 a pulley tooth between the intake and exhaust pulleys. The engine is so smooth now compared to before it is like a new car. My turbo seems to come in faster. 169000 no leaks and no pulleys changed yet, and only the cam to distributor seal has been changed.
