Default turn signal problem: volvo S70, 1999

My turn signal is not working: the inditator lights on the dashboard stay on and are not flashing. I understand the the problem is likely the turn signal/hazard light module.

How do I remove the module to replace it? Please help!

Doesn't it just pop out of the dash?

This tool makes it a POC!

Thank you. I figured it out. Radio had to be removed, and the emergency light unit was popped from the back.

When you turn on the signals, and the dash light stays on, when you walk outside to take a look, does the signal lights come on at all? If they are stuck on and do not flash, you should pull all of the bulbs and look for one that is fused together like the pic below.
