So you don't think thats why the car is hard starting, but the relay may be bad anyway? damn, hmm what could possibly be the cause?

Did you check vacuum line to fuel pressure regulator?

If the residual pressure is good that is not the cause of the hard start.
If the pressure dropped fast then I would say pressure bleeding off causing hard start.

Thats what I figured, anyone got any idea's i'm pretty much all out, besides cleaning the throttle body mabey??? or last resort cleaning it with seafoam just for the hell of it.

I'm going to look into the throttle body recall or extended service warrenty. On tuesday I plan to give it a good cleaning i'll let you guys know how that went.
