I see a few numbers on the Bougicord does any of them indicate the manufacturer,s date

the #,s there are 03 51 I doubt these are dates and if they are how do I interpret them.

Ok,so on average mileage wise,How much can I get out of these wires,before thinking about replacement

Well I usually do not go buy miles about 8 to 10 years.
