Volvo S70 sputtered, then died!!
I have a 98 Volvo S70. A few days ago, I noticed when first leaving work, that my car seemed to be hesitating every once in a while, but then ran fine when I gave it a little more fuel. I stopped off after work to meet a friend. When I started to back out of my parking spot, the car died. I put it in gear and started to pull forward and it died again. I got home just fine, no other issues. The next day, I was driving home and it started to kind of sputter, like it was hesitating a lot! I noticed that I had my foot steady on the gas pedal and it seemed to keep jumping, like I kept pushing on the pedal more, but I wasn't. I got home and pulled into the driveway with it sputtering worse than ever, and it died just as I pulled in. We have figured out that it is getting fuel all the way to the injectors and we did the test with the wire to test the fuel pump relay. Not sure what else it could be. Now, it won't even start. It turns over, but dies immediately. Please help!

Starting issues with a Volvo S70?
I recently bought a 2000 Volvo S70 with 77k miles. For the past month I have had a problem where ever once in a while when starting the car it will sputter out and not start. It always starts on the second or third try. I've brought it in 2 times and the dealer claims that they can't find anything wrong with it. I've tried researching the issue online and have read of people have a similiar issue but no one seems to know of a cause. Some suggestions online are that is has to do with the key or the antenae ring inside the ignition. Any Volvo mechanics out there?
