Default Volvo S70 T5 wont boost over 10psi- with ecu tune PLZZZ Help

I Just bought a 98 s70 t5, with a 3" full cat-back from eurosports, and k&n filter. I recently tuned my ecu from eurosports, to run 15psi, and it will not spike over or go over 10 psi. I just changed my
- plugs to irdium,
-installed ipd wired,
- msd ignition coil
- ipd tcv- with the new vac lines
- 2mro am changing the cbv spring, to the new ipd one.

I dont know what to do anymore, i have no idea what else to change, car will not boost over 10 psi, and i really want to hit 15 pounds mark, am running out of options,


Anybody know , or came across a problem like this????

I know that this is kinda kindergarten... but did you remember to recalibrate the actuator arm on your waste gate? Sounds like it might be opening a little early.

Also, iridium plugs are waaayyy too pinpoint-focused for the kind of mixture you're forcing into that chamber, bro. Do yourself a favor and pick up some copper cores. Yes, seriously.

Hey, thanks for the update, i will try the re-adjsuting wastegate, but my wastegate rod, and nut are totally rusty, and the rod has no more thread.
Does this mean i have to buy the whole new wastegate actuator piece???

I chose the irdiums becuase i take my car to a volvo speciaslist, and he does alot of perfermonce too, and he said for that next level you want, you need those type of plugs etcc,. He is really well known, around the city and knows his stuff. But i will def look into changing the plugs.

Maybe you have a bad CBV? Mine was torn and would not go over 6psi!

Default Bad Cbv??

I have changed it, to the blue spring form ipd, still won't boost over 10 psi.

Check the hose on the top of the IAC? That's known for leaking. Also the throttle body hose would be another hose to look at.. Most likely you may have a boost leak.
