disconnected wiring harness in the front of the engine compartment. what does it go to? headlight wiper i hope?????? lol

another question: i don't have fuse 25 (rear fog lamp) but it still works? why?

Yes those are for the headlight wipers.

Not sure about the other question though.

Default urghhhh

when this is plugged in, the windshield wipers and washers wont shut off. could this be just a bad motor or something bigger?

Bad headlight wiper motor most likely.
But if the washers stay on it might be something else as well.

now the car needs new front suspension so i'm not going to spend money on this... at least not yet. if i disconnect the other wiper to disable it, how do i stop the washer fluid from spraying on the headlights? do the headlights have their own pump or is it all from the windshield washer pump?

I believe it is from the washer pump from the windsheild. You can let that spray and run off.

my volvo guy fixed it by putting in a new motor. thanks for your help though
