RE: WHEEL ALIGNMENT
I was gonna say what JimKW said, it sounds like a suspension issue.
Put your sterring wheel straight while going say 20MPH, let go, the car should keep going straight, if not then its not aligned.
For the problem you feel when turning, its not the aligment, when I had my power steering rack repalced I ahd to drive from the shop to firestone with it badly miss aligned, but at no point did I feel un-safe while takinga turn. I just had to turn by feel rather than looking at teh postion of the steering wheel.

RE: WHEEL ALIGNMENT
Without driving the car it's hard to understand exactly what the symptoms are... but at least from what I understand, it sounds like your car has low roll resistance on hard turns.
Roll resistance will be given by shocks/struts, springs, and anti-roll (anti-sway) bars -all 3 of these factor in.Assuming that there is no defective part, I will say that the stock parts, especially on the standard S70, aren't especially stiff - the rates are chosen more for the comfort end of the spectrum.
Mystandard S70corners very flat, but it has higher-rate IPD sway bars riding inharder polyurethane bushings that come with them, plus higher-rate Koni Sport shocks and struts. With this setup, it handles more like an "R" model would. It's not cheap to set the car up this way, but if you like it and plan to keep it, and want crisp handling, it's well worth it in my opinion. Including installation, expect about $1200+ for this kind of alteration.
