i'm trying to find out who's parting out a '99 volvo s70. there are a few parts that i need that i can't seem to find elsewhere, such as the lower front grill piece that covers fog lights

 

Do you have any "recycled auto parts stores" in your area? Yes, more like a junkyard, but there many salvageable parts on these cars which sounds like what you're looking for.

I'm in CA and most of the time I go to Pick N Pull for little things, but you will have trouble finding any cars that are new than 10 years. In fact most of the Volvo I see are 80s-95. I have a 98, I don't find too many often and when I do they get stripped quick.

This particular one now has a part search where you can look online for "new" car that are brought in. This one brings in new ones every day.

Just got a grill piece, a lens cover and a turn signal for $20!
