Exclamation Won't Start Blown Ignition fuse S70 1998

Needed a jump and friend got the terminals wrong. Now I get no dash lights. I found that my Ignition Switch fuse is blown and when I replace it it blows out the new one. Could this be the Main Relay? What should I check next?
Can you test relays?

Tried different batterie and still blows fuse. People are telling me it's a short. I don't know how to track that down. Any advise ?

Could there be a short in the starter?

I spoke to a auto electric shop and they told me the starter would not cause a fuse to blow. Might be some other fuse in the system. I don't know where to start.

Fusable Link? Where would that be?

I replaced the "Fusible Link" 50A Fuse and the small ignition 15 amp fuse. The dash lights come on when I turn key to first position, when I turn to start it blows the 15 amp fuse.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I moved your issue to the S70 section. Maybe you will get more help here.

...Might be helpful for us to know why you needed a jump in the FIRST place.
Any history with battery drain, or driveability problems prior to your buddy helping you out?
