** Urgent ** - Need part number for 98 S80 T6
I urgently need a part number for my 98/99 Volvo S80 T6. This is the 2.8L twin-turbo model. The part I need is the hose that connects from the firewall on the passenger side of the vehicle (right-hand drive car) that leads into the engine. I have labelled it on the following 2 diagrams. I am specifically after the one on the outer side as this is the main culprit for my coolant leak. I am in the process of selling this car and need to get this part sorted out ASAP.

Your assistance would be really appreciated. Unfortunately I do not have a parts manual and being in Australia the support for these cars is far and wide between.

Thanks tech.
Out of curiosity you wouldn't happen to have a diagram of the relevant part from the manual would you? I am trying to figure out what it looks like where it connects to the engine, not sure if it just a straight pipe fitment or if it has an attachment at the end of it.

Hi Tech, the actual part number is 30745330 (found it's called the Inlet Heater Hose on http://www.eeuroparts.com/productdet...&code=8994#). Thanks for your help.
Thanks Tech, I will take this one down to and call the dealership tomorrow to get the part number. I might see if I can find it cheaper than the dealership but there's not a lot of support for this car here in Western Australia. Regardless this car is up for sale currently so it is only a matter of time before it's sold (hopefully).
Hi Magak, the part number Tech gave me is the correct one, but as he also said the updated parts number is 30745330. I called the Volvo stealership and found that that 9485591 refers off to 30745330. So both are correct. It's going to cost $135.10 (here in Australia) for the pipe.
Now I have to get home and pull out the airbox, and then with no space disconnect the pipe from the engine and plug the new one in. Putting it in at the top is the easy part. Grrrr I am getting increasingly frustrated with this car.

Just on a side i checked it and the shipping from eeuroparts to Perth Australia (easiest place i could think of in western australia) so it may be possible that its cheaper to order it and have it shipped to you!
Shows how bad volvo stealerships are...
