1999 Volvo s80 2.9

Heater core was leaking. i replaced it. but now, no heat. the fan comes on but the engine itself is not hot to the touch. not sure if this is air in the lines, or thermostat, or both.

Most likely air in the lines or possibly the hoses were reversed during the heater core swap.
