The AC in my car works well for about 10 minutes then starts to produce hot air. If I turn the AC off for about 15min or so, the AC will start to produce cold air. It keeps doing this over and over again. The air also smells a bit musty. What should I do?

 

The compressor clutch is worn. Best bet is to install a reman compressor, drier and orifice tube.

 

Shouldn't I be able to shim the clutch?
