2000 s80 T6 trouble starting
I just picked up an S80 T6. The car will not start by turning over the key. The passenger curtain and front seat air bags are blown. There isn't any body damage but that obviously means nothing. We bypassed the fuel pump and that was working fine. Even with a screwdriver to the starter it only runs for a second or two with starter fluid. I started thinking it was a lack of fuel but that doesn't seem to be the case. Could this be a computer issue. Any help is appreciated.
the second problem almost sounds like it might be the alternator or voltage regulator from the electrical fluctuations. i had some of those symptoms when my alternator failed. the stock alternator is probably the 120amp, you can get a 160 amp OEM to replace it.
