Default 2004 s80 2.5T - oil leak

hey all I have an oil leak I cant seem to find. The front passenger wheel well is covered in oil. It looks to be dripping from the air dam under the bumper. My shop said its not from my engine and some oil must of been sprayed or spilled up there.

The leak looks to be coming from north of the radiator and the shop told me there is no engine oil there. Today the leak seems to be getting worse. Anyone have any ideas what to check? I cannot see any oil leaks when inspecting the engine with the hood open.

The leak is now so bad I have oil sprayed down the side of the car.

well it looks to be power steering fluid. No sure why I did not check that before. It is leaking behind the grill at the cooler. Anyone know how to remove the grill?

I did not know there was a cooler by the radiator unless someone added it.

To get the grill out the bumper has to be loosened and pulled out some.

interested in a picture? Looks like someone already tried to cut the line and mend it.
